I work from the outside in. You will gain flexibility, strength, and increased mobility through this practice, and also have the opportunity to dive deeper to learn how our thoughts and emotions affect the physical body.
You will understand how you hold and release stress. Stress and emotions manifest in the body, which can lead to tightness, tension, and pain. Learn strategies to energize you and relieve tension in your body so that you are the most flexible, strong, and mobile version of yourself.
About Tori:
Tori has been practicing and teaching yoga for a decade. She started yoga as a physical practice to get moving and stay busy. It quickly became a tool for her to ease anxiety and stress and to become calmer and less reactive. She started teaching others after realizing how many areas of her life improved through her practice. Tori is certified to teach vinyasa, yin, and Buti yoga, as well as transcendental meditation. Thousands of lives have been impacted physically, mentally, and spiritually under her guidance.
Tori has worked with Ritual Vitamins, Nutrafol, designer Theresa Bruno, and professional athletes including Philadelphia Eagles cornerback James Bradberry and UFC fighter Eryk Anders.
